The Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA) is pleased to announce the formation of a new committee, Women in Facilities Healthcare.
The purpose of this committee is “to navigate and create an environment for the professional development of women in the healthcare facilities industry; to enhance the lives of its members by aligning with the FHEA bylaws and values, operational models, and educational efforts; and to foster partnerships with community organizations while promoting work-life balance through organized committee events.”

Cecily Allen will serve as Committee Chair. Others serving on the leadership team include Mouji Linarez, Margaret Jazinski, Tracey Gallentine, Glynna Siegler, and Aileen Rodriguez.
Women in Facilities Healthcare Membership
Women in Facilities Healthcare is a dedicated FHEA member initiative focused on supporting and advancing women in the healthcare facilities industry through connection, leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
This group brings together professionals from healthcare facilities and supporting organizations to foster meaningful relationships, encourage career growth, and promote engagement within the healthcare facilities community.
